Rose has always had a passion for cooking and growing her own food. That love of the garden and the kitchen naturally led to experimenting with chilli — and eventually, to creating something truly special. What began as personal batches shared with friends and family quickly took on a life of its own. People kept coming back for more, and it wasn't long before the idea of turning that passion into something real took hold.
But Rose's Chilli Crisp isn't just another condiment. It's the crunchiest chilli crisp you'll find — made with 14 different spices and crafted so carefully that there's minimal oil left behind. Every element is intentional, every spice chosen with purpose. The result is a complex, layered heat that's as satisfying to eat as it was to create.
As demand grew, Rose was joined by Mike — who came on board to help keep up with the orders and make sure every jar still went out with the same care and attention it always had. It's still very much a small, hands-on operation, and that's exactly how they like it.
